PC need serious help, have 2 big issues wrong with my Killing Floor 2

my inventory never loads in game, im able to switch my cosmetics in the gear section but my actual inventory never loads and the store never loads, also my game always goes to not responding right before the menu loads, does anyone know how to fix both of these issues? ive been trying to fix it for f***ing months....

someone please help me with this, i have tried deleting all steam files and reinstalling, ive tried deleting all KF2 files and reinstalling/verifying file integrity, i have tried adding an exception but i cant find TCP port thing, i have tried restarting game and pc, idfk what to do now so someone please help me...

Please check out the KB at support.killingfloor2.com. This issue is most often caused by packet loss in a wifi connection situation.
