Need help for setting up server for more than 6 players

Hi, I'm trying to set up a server in such a way that the game can host 16 people at the same time in the same group.
I know it is possible to do so, because I see games in the server list with more than 6 players.
So far I've found this post, which did the trick:

Problem with this mod is that it stops the perk leveling. Is there another way of setting up the server to host more than 6 people?...

Max player mutator https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=675314991&searchtext=max+players does not derank server, if it does you do not use the official workshop version, or you are doing it wrong. There is a slight chance that the official workshop version may not be white listed but it is most likely not the case..

How did you install and how did you run the mutator?

KFMutator.u from Steam placed in brewed pc. then use ?Mutator=KFMutator.KFMutator_MaxPlayersV2?MaxPlayers=27. on map change url space.
