Native resolution hiding menu items

So I have run into this problem where when I try to use my native resolution of 1920x1080 I am unable to see any of the options except Video. I can still click on Audio, Input, and the like but there is nothing underneath of them. The effect carries over into the game in that I cannot see my weapon selection screen when I choose a class. The odd thing is is that when I choose a lower resolution, I am suddenly able to see the other menu options and my weapon selection screen.
Now, you may say the easy fix is to simply lower my resolution, but I am trying to see if I can simply resolve this issue without actually having to lower my resolution.

I'll make this a bit easier to show what I am talking about by providing some screenshots. http://steamcommunity.com/id/985983/screenshots/

The first five screenshots are the effect of using 1600x900 resolution and all options can be seen; however, in the last 5 screenshots I am using my native resolution of 1920x1080 and cannot view the other options.

Have you tried changing the aspect ratio to 16:10?

I am having this EXACT same problem, and have been since the beta's release. The only fix that has worked for me is playing in 16:10 @ 1680

Are you forcing AA trough the video card drivers?

Nope, I am not forcing AA through the card drivers. I guess I was using the wrong key words to search. I suppose this thread can be closed then since there are already other threads about this.
