A while ago someone said national anthem would be nice for the menu sound, I found the Instrumental version only (The Vocal version I found are very bad quality. However if you can find good quality plz tell me so)

Installation is quite simple, goto your steam folder follow up the following
C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\common\red orchestra\Music
and place the ogg file in there. Then goto
Steamapps\common\red orchestra\System\user.ini
use search function search for
[ROInterface.ROMainMenu]
It should be like this
[ROInterface.ROMainMenu]
MenuSong=RO_Eastern_Front.ogg
AcceptedEULA=True
Replace the sound name to either
Russian anthem
or
German_anthem
