I currently play nagant revolver only, kinda interesting actually.
And before I get flamed, I make it into the top 3 pretty much always, more kills/points than automatic guys.

I'm not surprised. I tend to get a decent number of revolver kills when I'm playing rifleman. It just makes sense to use it when you are capping a building or in some other close action with the enemy.

I'm gonna grind for it too.

Shame it takes so many kills but I understand why... you don't want every player in the game running around with silencers.

The silencer, I has one.

Takes some dedication to get it. But it is very cool. I get the impression a few times people haven't noticed me firing at them so easily. But it's difficult to judge without hearing it used third person. And considering only crazy people use the revolver enough to unlock it this fast... I've yet to see or hear anyone else use it.

Can u post a screen of the actual gun with it attached? Im curious as to what it looks like on the gun :p

Damn... I didn't even realize the kills/level go up.
So much for me calculating 1450 kills for it.
It is gonna take 2150 :(

The nagant trigger pull physically pushes the chamber forward to create a seal. Since the round is so tiny, this helps prevent gas escape and increase velocity.

In reality you get something like a 9lb trigger pull and the round still loses all its power after 30 yards.

Gods this is the dumbest unlock in the grand scheme of unlockables :p

It's probably not terribly useful as being silent is a poor bonus to a weapon that's very lacking in stopping power. Also, perhaps the silencer makes the bullet even slower/less damaging?

Say whaaaat?

I think the Nagant has fantastic stopping power and feel very accurate! In fact, I find that both the older pistols (C96 and Nagant) feel to have more stopping power than the more modern TT33 and P38. I love them :D

Anyway, I don't have a silenced Nagant, but I picked one up on Bridges the other day. Fired it a few times just to see what it was like, but didn't have much use for it on a map where engagements at 200 metres are common :)
