My server is probably not coming back, help on restoring

Hey guys, its a sad day for me because my remote desktop account has been disabled on my friends server machine. im not sure if its going to be back or not.
So im planning to re make a Custom server at my home network. I got a dedicated Home server with an AMD Athlon II X2 with 4 Gigs or DDR2 Ram.
So if can u guys can help out with the server? thanks.

Hey mate. I also host my own server on my home dedicated server too. What sort of help are you exactly looking for as I know what it's like starting from scratch?

like i need a bit of help gathering all the files and mods for my server since my old one is getting shut down for system resource hogs so I gotta make a new one for now. :\

I found some of the mods i had, the server ip is 173.74.244.161:7707 you can test it out. im not sure if there is any lag as of right now, but i doubt it.
