Armor (100,50,20) 3 Vest can buy in shop.
Armor 100(dorp the armor, then pick it up, your armor is full(100), useful when no shop time and no armor, use only once)

Health (100,50,20) 3 medic kit can buy in shop.
Health 100 (dorp the health kit, then pick it up, your health is slowing regen to 100, useful when Syringe can't use(need wait time to heal again), use only once)
HUD(Custom Made UI, Only Text)

AmmoBox(Normal,Max)
AmmoBox Normal (dorp the ammo box, then pick it up, you get some ammo, useful when out of ammo, use only once)
HUD (Custom Made UI, look like old KF style UI)

Weapon Shell (After gun fire, spawn shell on ground, stay a while, then disappear)
HUD (Custom Made UI, look like old UT2004 style UI, show/hide Crosshair)
