my levels were reset

All of my perks were reset in Killing Floor and I can't understand why. I booted the game up this morning and everything I had worked for had completely disappeared. Anybody have any ideas?

My steam account name is natsumoon
but the screen name is DeaconWalker

Its possible game cant connect to steam, steam is having big steam mainteance until noon USA AM time. I bet you cannot see servers in internet tab right now as well. I am sure your perks are not reset and you just cant contact steam. Wait till mainteance is over.

Steam is doing a maintenance and your perks are saved on the Steam servers, thus they cannot load right now.
