Server Mutators not recognized

I tried searching through the forums - Probably not asking the correct question though

Some of the mutators i have in the system directory do not show in webadmin under Mutators or the VotingConfig page

Not sure if this is a whitelisting issue or not

I have them in the commandline and some of them are recognized but not all

I dont have them in ServerPackages, Ive never had to do that before, maybe that has changed

I recompiled the source for some of them on test server and now they show up there just fine, but still wont show up on main server. Test server is an identical copy of the main server too

Any ideas ??

You are most likely missing a .ucl, or something is going on with the mutator.
