[Question] Mutators, among other things

First, I'd like to say I that I appreciate any advice given. I'm tweaking 2 of our servers and I've run into a few things that I cannot seem to find in the web admin.

#1 - Mutators
I have a found a bit of information on mutators in threads on these forums, but I'd like to know if there is an API that I can reference?

#2 - Reserve Slots
My clan and I cannot join our own servers when they full because we do not have reserve slots. Is there a way to enable this that I am missing?

#3 - Chat Time on Screen
Where would I start for extending the time that chat is on screen?

Please keep in mind that I have gone over every line of the config file, however, it is possible that I may have missed something. Again, I appreciate your help.

Don't know about the other questions but have you tried increasing this for the chat, more messages on screen at one time.:

RO2 is built on the Unreal Engine and will ship with that SDK, or you could download the current UDK to take a look as they will be fairly similar.

No. A mutator will have to be written for reserved slots unless TWI are going to code this in post-release.

I have the UDK, I just haven't had time to mess around with it yet. Thanks for the advice guys!

I'll start looking at writing a mutator for reserve slots, I'll post it here when I'm done.
