Ok thx for response...but won't it be a cause of mishmash version errors then? I tried the mutator I mentioned before and it works fine :)

It will if people have the mutator themselves in there system folder in think, or they may need to restart kf if they were just on the server when you stopped it to update, this will cause them to redownload

This will sound foolish but I can't figure out how to open the damndable shop! I start the game and it says shop (?) i've pushed every button I think to no avail >.< . I even checked the mutater options and found nothing ;-; someone point me the right direction please...

Have you rebound your flashlight key?

if you dont have a key bound for flashlight it will show ? but isnt really bound to ?

in your KF keybinds change a key to flashlight :)

OK I tried myself, but not a clue and official site doesn't have it...how the hell I can set waves? I see in ini that there are ones, but every time I try to set this it just stuck in wave one and no Patriarch for us ;/

In the source code, i believe it's in the id_rpg_mutator.Uc search for patty, im not sure off the top of my head, my version has begun to branch off a little from v2 but the patty is set to come after X number of kills, usually around level 13, you can change this to continuously spawn them also, I have them continuously spawning from level 14

In the initial you can change the amount of kills till the ZED level goes up, by default its 400 as well

If i heal meself ,later i can't change weapon ... I don't see syringe and welder like as i hadn't any weapon.


how to fix this bug on my server.

How long later?

I haven't had any instance of anything like this happen to me before.

There is a bug that some people get where sometimes weapons dont appear anymore, you can sometimes still drop our weapon and picking it up will fix, but sometimes you have no choice but to reconnect. Is this the same bug you are talking about?

Is this a bug in the files?


Because it pisses me . When i have gun 2lvl and later I'll change gun to syrigne or buy higher lvl ... i can't do anything (change weapons , heal myself ...)

i need major help setting up this mod on my server. The mod work ...
but here is the list of the problems encountered:

  1. Cant buy or get any perks
  2. Cant login into the webadmin whits rpgmod
  3. Cant access anything
Any help to configure the ini file would be apreciated thx :D

no problem here is my kf ini and idrpg.

And i can buy anything in the shot or access to it.

When i press F its only the flashlight.

After id like to add custom characters and Sas wepons/character

You should only be running IDRPGMod.ID_RPG_Mutator not any of the other mutators when this voteconfig is loaded.

I get these as well on map start. I've actually set my ucc.log file to read only so it wont grow to a huge size, if i have issues with the server i take it off read only and let it capture log details so i can view them.

Either, use the the KF Max Players http://kf.hlds.pl/download/mutators/KFMaxPlayers.rar

I had issues where if you have a spectator slot, if the server is full, and there are spectator slots, a player can join as spectator then join the game, freeing up a specator slot in the process for another to join as spectator and then join game, i had 15 players playing 1 speccing on a 12 player server o_O

Or you can edit the source code and recompile:
There's a few locations in the ID_RPG_Base_GameType file
For maxplayers and max team size.
It's detailed with exact line #'s earlier in the thread

Once done recompile.

Good luck! I think Flux posted earlier that his cust characters worked with rpg mod. All weapons are coded into the mod though, so its not like just adding them to the trader... Replacing the current weapons should be easy though, I'm about to start working on changing the m14 to the Retro LAR
