1: beginner, start from lvl 1 ZEDS, 500 monsters to go to the next level of ZEDS
2: medium, start from lvl 2 ZEDS, 400 to go to the next level of ZEDS
3: hard start from lvl 3 ZEDS, 300 to go to the next level of ZEDS
4: insane, start from lvl 4 ZEDS, 200 to go to the next level of ZEDS
5: insane, start from lvl 4 ZEDS, 200 to go to the next level of ZEDS

OK... The turrets need boosting. Serious boosting. About the only reliable way to do this mode solo is to get a turret up, cover it with a 9mm for a shopping period or two, then get a second gun and you can work around it. but even tho i'm lvl 5 turret and lvl 4 welding, i can't keep it alive for more than 50 kills... and while i can go a while with an AA12 or Moss kiting around and around, that lacks alot of the fun and strategy and you can't buy anything or u die... SO please, bring back the origional turrets... Also, why does... Hard server? have only like, 8 maps, all stock? Stock maps are impossible for this mode because every area has abillion enterances or a spawn inside... I liked the difficulty of a harder server, but i noticed that the easy one had 10 for 10 players... none of the other WPC servers i have favorited had ANY players.... Maybe another easy server should be put up, or the difficultys should be put on hold till people are confident they can play harder games.

looks like you really gave this time eh :p

Original turrets will not be re-instated, so I suggest you invest in your skill. Spawns are ALL adjusted for each map. The mod uses less spawns on any map, even stock. We are Pro-stock maps and we wanted at least 1 server that has these.

ps : you making an assessment while america is just waking up and europe has just come home. Take it easy...

Hmm? It was noon when i said that... America was definately up lol :p I may be on eastern time but people should be up by 9ish :D Not necessarily gaming tho i guess. Just saying that no-one seemed interested in the hard servers, likely because the majority of players i've seen outside of the WPC are under 100 in level and still don't have the ability to get the lvl 2 or 3 guns necessary for later waves (half the games i play people are still using lvl 0s when the FP start coming, which is crazy).

As for the turrets, they're severely underhealthed... at least double their health (IDK what it was, but i agree it was overly high. but if a single gorefast gets behind the turret its often gone) Or make a turret health perk, something like the commando vision that is expensive but allows the turret users to make the most of their purchase... Frankly its hard enough to use already because they get spun around or track zeds through walls. as for welding, right now, my welder welds like 5% health back per 100% charge... and for something that costs 500 (undiscounted) per purchase, it being destroyed every shopping period is ridiculous...

Please understand - i just want to help (and enjoy the mod) - I still greatly appreciate how much work has been done on this, and in no way mean to offend!

Um... That was quick. I'm gonna need to learn to code even more now... My clanmates are gonna want some changes and possibly additions :/ thanks for all you work tho.

Wow I must admit you are releasing it extremely quick, you sure you want to do this already? I can imagen how harsh the balancing is for such a huge mod. This isn't like something we've seen before and the balancing extremely important.

To be honest wouldn't it be best to leave it a little longer so you can get a much more finished version out? I know this might be asking for quite a bit but I want to make sure you're happy with what you are giving out ;)

haha quick? we had a prepping time of about 2 months m8. We just did everything behind closed doors. This mod was a real pain. And tweaking it to make everyone happy is not easy. Adding a weapon takes about 2 hours of coding hehe. Trust me when I say its been one hell of a job to get were we are right now.

Prepping a server takes allot of adjustments and tweaking. Were releasing the files with a good manual for the servers so you will know how to set one up. (since all of it is done with sandbox and other crazy stuff hehe) :)

Ah I should of expected the time but I guess I only thought of what we have seen here recently. Well we'll just have to see how it all turns out (version of the files you release).

Heya Hemi, will this mode work via a gametype/map vote? as id love to run it side by side my normal whitelisted server with the ability to change at the end of a map.

good question. We currently run it on sandbox with some extended options, but these are run through a external .ini file...overwriting the Killingfloor.ini. No idea if gametype choosing is an option, we should run some tests.

Just thought i'd let you know...the server actually checkes the ServerPackages/ServerActors to know if they can have the whiteliste enabled or not. If you have this mod in the one of these (which is for sure needed) then you're whitelist will break and your standard gametype wont have perk leveling at all. Just thought i'd let you know mate.

Killing Floor RPG

RPG MODIFICATION

Endless Killing Floor...can you imagine? Well thats what Hemi and IDNoise have made. There are no more commando's, bezerkers etc... you create your own character the way you want. With a very wide selection of different skills and weapon upgrades you can customize your own character as detailed as you want it to be.

Each ZED will have a specific level and XP bonus, making the players progress as they slaughter millions. The store is kitted out with various items to help you reach that goal of becoming the ultimate Killing Floor specialist. ZEDs scale with the levels of the players so things will get harder and harder once you reach a certain height.

But thats not all.... Server sided Achievements make the players rack up the kills even faster as you progress in the game. Our servers run the mod 24/7 and are all public for people to enjoy. Have fun on the floors!

How it works...
Uppon entering the server you wil either spawn directly into the match, or ready up as normal. When you start normally you will be entering in the "Shopping Time". By pressing the "flashlight" button you will go into the shop were you can buy weapons and utilities that fit the starting level (level 0 in this case).

When you have enough skill points for your character from previous matches you can for instance carry more guns or , and as the match progresses youll be able to buy better leveled weapons/utils (0 to 5).

Death isnt the end...
When you die during a match and there are still players defending themselves, you will respawn after 30 seconds. Do not worry about ZEDs attacking you when you respawn, they will ignore you untill "Shopping Time" starts again. In this time try and keep you teammates alive by healing them!

Be carefull though....once you "accidentally" picked up a weapon all eyes will be on you again and the ZEDs will smell your fear once more!

Spend it wisely...
Pressing "Esc" will bring you to the Skills menu at all times during the match and allows you to "buy" Skills with the Exp points you gathered from all the kills you have made. The kills also give you money which you again can use during "Shopping Time".

Offcourse higher level weapons weigh more so use the carryweight skill to your advantage.

Achievements!
Achievements give you extra Exp and make you level up faster. These Achievements can be seen by all players, so brag about them hehe.

Currently we have it running on 4/5 servers for you to fiddle arround with it. We will put the download link up once the Halloween period has passed and we ironed out all the little "mistakes"
