RTDAdrenalineCard - Gives speed boost along with health increase
RTDBleedCard - Player loses health
RTDDropWeaponsCard - Player drops weapons
RTDFastZedCard - Increases live Zeds movement speed
RTDGlueCard - Reduces players movement speed
RTDHealthRegenCard - Regenerates health
RTDInfiniteAmmoCard - Player will not consume ammo while card is active
* InfiniteAmmo will work solo. Need to fix for online play. Oversight on my part.
RTDJumpBootsCard - Increases jump height
RTDMoneyTreeCard - Generates dosh over time
RTDQuadCard - Quad damage
RTDRepelBubbleCard - Repels zeds
RTDShrunkCard - Player shrinks by 30%
RTDSlowZedCard - Reduces live Zeds movement speed by 50%
RTDSpawnMiniHans - Spawn Mini Hans (40% less health, deals 25% less melee damage, limited attacks)
RTDSpawnMiniPat - Spawn Mini Pat (40% less health, deals 25% less melee damage, limited attacks)
Other Additions:
-bAllowDuringTrader variable (enable or disable !RTD during trader)
-MinimumWave variable (MinimumWave before !RTD can be used)
-Cannot use !RTD in lobby
-Many cards have configurable options such as duration and modifiers

-Fixed Mini Han's model size. Both mini bosses are 30% smaller than original

-Removed Disarm card from config due to a bug. Card is still included in src
-Added Cards: SlowZed, FastZed, InfiniteAmmo
-Tested with KF2 v1023

Notes:
-Jump boots can be used for glitching to spots since maps are usually designed for default jump height.
-MiniPat/MiniHans will end the game on boss wave if killed. This is a function of the game mode, not RTD.
In the future I might implement a feature to prevent them from spawning on bosswave
To be fixed:
-Adrenaline speed boost can stop prematurely.
Removed DISARM due to a bug. If you have it configured in your ini, delete the disarmed line.
