Multiple texture bugs in game

When I started killing floor 2 for the first time, these problems did not appear, but when I changed the resolution they started I went back to the previous one and they remained, I re-instilled the game and the same bugs continued, can you help me?

Did you happen to manually mess with any ini files? I used an FPS config at some point on my previous toaster and it broke things in the game I could only fix by pasting a default ini in my settings - resetting to defaults and verifying cache did not fix the problem for me.
