Once every five or so launches, Killing Floor disables my second monitor. The screen shuts off and every window in it gets thrown onto my default desktop. This is quite annoying because I then have to go into desktop>properties. Enable my second monitor, re-align it and move all windows back over to it. Then I need to go into my Nvidia control panel to reset my gamma configurations.

This might be due to the fact that I play Killing Floor in a Window. Or it might just be an Unreal 2004 bug that's never been patched. Dunno.

Yeah, could be an Nvidia thing. Thought I'd also mention that I'm on a laptop which has two video cards (an Nvidia 9600m GT and an Nvidia 9400m), though only one is active when playing KF.

A Macbook Pro, yes. Just in-case you were going to ask this, I'm running KF in Windows, not via Crossover Games.

My guess is the nice video card combo switching between the 2d and 3d mode.

Not really a KF bug. Will move that to the Support forums, maybe other people had similar problems and found a work around.

Maybe. But the 9400 is disabled in Windows. Not even detected. This issue hasn't really happened with any other game either.
