MT cosmetics duplicate

Hello

From what I understand, crates should now no longer give duplicates (the ones that cost 2.5€ to open)
However, today I opened a "high voltage usb" in which I already have most skins, and got... a duplicate. Mint quality, just like the one I already had.

So, what gives?
I got scammed out of 2.5€ again and I was promised this wouldn't happen anymore.

The duplicate system took effect with the launch of christmas update.

It doesn't count any usb's opened prior to the update, so if you had those skins before the christmas update gone live, they will not be counted as already opened.

If you opened those skins during this current update and got duplicates, you can create a support ticket to the tripwire.
