kriss super v would be a perfect sub machine gun for medic or the p90
These words make me cringe.

From the silhouette preview image, (see steam community KF group page) it looks like this might be exactly what we're about to get for a new medic gun.An MP5 would be the ideal choice for Medic, since you can get the MP5A3 and replace the torch in the grip with a healing dart gun.

And I know you feel the need, the need for metric, but when it's a matter of recognizable cartridge names I think it's rather silly to use metric and then have to explain what you're talking about. Those also come in .40 S&W, too.
.40 S&W = 10mm short.
ever shoot a glock 20?

.40s&w and .357sig (9mm + 40s&w case) are quite different from 9mm/.45acp, because of the powder they use.
the feel of 9mm and 45acp is like "slow push" when fired, versus 357sig and 40sw are "snappy" because of the faster propellant used in those rounds.
wow i didnt know australia was so stringent... were there a lot of killings or crazy ppl with guns running around?
in the state i live in, it's perfectly legal to walk around with an ak47 (no mag), or to wear a pistol visibly on your hip. Just don't expect starbucks to let you in, plus people will give you funny looks and probably call the police, who will then just ask you to take your gun home.
it's called "open carry", and you don't need a permit, or have your weapons registered (it's voluntary)
but if you carry a pistol under your coat, or it's slightly concealed (i think it can't be less than 70% visible), you need a "concealed weapons permit" or you'll be in big trouble.
you should come visit and shoot guns, i got plenty!

yeah s281 is in california and he has a hard time because of all the restrictions on guns.
well, i mean his choices are severely limited, but we still have a good time chatting about them, and i'm able to steer him away from the stupid design guns to good ones (for when he wishes to purchase) that are available to him besides the laws.
yeah the brady bill law ended ummmm 2006 i think, the one banning hi-capacity mags.
weird thing was that i never knew about the hi-cap/assault rifle ban until it was over, because i never had any trouble buying hi-capacity mags (bought a few 18rnd mags for my cz75, a 40rnd mag/75rnd drum for my rpk, plus was able to buy muzzlebreaks/flash hiders/ accessories) so when i heard about the ban ending, it seemed to me like it was never really there.
i think the closest thing that they have done towards banning guns in my state was that the city of seattle banned guns in city parks, which was then overturned because cities can't make laws that supercede state law concerning guns.
but even then the police wouldnt be authorized to arrest someone with a gun in a park, they could only ask that person to leave.
but given the way that police are handling things nowadays, they would probably shoot first and get off scott-free later, so it's not worth it to exercise your rights here (you can't even videotape police actions due to some new laws passed in other states)

I still think that the goal in this area shouldn't be power but flexibility; in any case, another SMG seems a mundane and doesn't add all that much. The shotgun, rifle, ect., all have their advantages and I would support them, but my biggest hope still lies in a more passive weapon that relies on teamwork, making communication and cooperation more emphasized while adding to the medic's role and preventing the reawakening of the medi-tank of old.
