I do like the idea of half mutated specimen | Survivors. Kind of like Mecha Carnivore -
That or Survivors who have adorned themselves with parts of their enemies. (Kind of like steampunks who raid scrap yards and adorn every piece of uneven metal)
I'd love to have Mecha Carnivore as a new ZED in the game. Just call him and his kind Carnivores.
But what would he do? If he acted as an armoured always-running gorefast with a particular weakness to fire and explosives, that'd be interesting.

That poor fellow looks rather flatulent; reminds me of someone from my college days.
I'd like a mixed-gender, 4 character DLC. Two policewomen, at least one from the Metropolitan Police. And, two London cab drivers. One each from India and Pakistan. Have to keep it real.
