why do i play on hard with lvl6? mainly two reasons: friends i play with are low lvl, and i like to help them improve their skills/perks and secondly ELITIST PRICKS! i just tried to join the only suicidal server available with decent ping and got instabanned... yeah right. i have three perks on lvl 6 and have good knowledge of the game mechanics. maybe i got banned because i had lvl3 firebug chosen from my last game, i didn't even join directly, i spectated and boom off to the main menu.
don't complain about lvl 6 playing easy(<=hard) difficulties if you always kick/ban people who try to join the serious fun without reason.

btw there were 2/6 plrs on the server... pw them if you don't want others to join!
passwords don't work properly
Also, I joined a hard diff server as a level 6 medic, for my habitual late night doctoring party, on a icebreaker with 4 people.
A level 6 commando, a level 3 firebug, a level 3 support and a level 4 demo.
I warn that them I go medic, the mando immediately spouts out some dumb reddit meme, which I tell him to never say again for the sake of my sanity. He qualifies me as a nerd as I prove him that "u dont say" isn't a proper sentence and shouldn't be treated as such.
Then, as we approach wave 7, the support switches to level 6 sharpshooter and buys... a m99.
I tell him that I find this weapon is a gamebreaker and that I am very deceived to see him disregard perk progression just to point and click on some fleshpounds and win at all costs.
Next thing I know, there's fleshpounds flying everywhere, one-shot by the gigantism of the mean .50 BMG.
As I keep whining, I save the low level teammates from the trash that the commando doesnt care about and that the support left to reap on the lowbies by switching to the official Monkey Island representative playstyle.
The wave passes, 2K healing points are added to my perk stats, and we come back to the spot, right as a new player joins, but he comes too late and just watches the scene.
The sharpshooter had switched to crossbow. Fleshpounds nearly tear apart the team and only some well placed tanking from my part impeach the horde from wiping our little survivor team. At that point, the spectator tells us that we should lure the FP's into pipes, but I tell him that the need will not arise, as we have "teh best sharpshoter in ERTH".
Guess what happens :
"Mando : hell, i'm tired of this ****** nerd's whining, i'll go get a normal team
Sharpshooter : yeah lets gtfo"
The mando disconnects immediately and the sharp rather decides that he would prefer angering a FP before doing so, luckily to no avail, due to my expertful tanking.
The rest of the game went on without any problems, and the low levels made their way to survival while I encouraged them and kept them at 100 HP.
Morale : It's not about being level 6 and wasting one team's play experience, but it's about whether or not the level 6's are dumb tryhard that only think about winning and give a grand total of 0 ****s about the other player's feelings.
