Modifying staticmeshes

Hi all, i have an issue with some staticmeshes i want to import in the sdk, i wonna use the same materials to use them on new staticmeshes as some house we can find in Hue, but i don't know how to get the black effect we have on windos and doors for the closed versions of these statics.
I have LOD, 2 UV maps, and 3 slots for the materials, but when using the original material, the windows and doors still recieve the material as we have on the walls, do someone know what we have to do to fix this issue to put the black part of the material on these parts( windows and doors and so on)

Ps: I' m using the xsi mod tool to generate the staticmesh and actorX to export it.:D
