Simple, we don't have to.
There's a reason Console games cost more, it's because to attract customers and be competitive, the actual Console is sold at a loss to make it cheap, where they actually make their money is the royalties or license fees that get added to any game or app that is released for their platform.
But nobody owns the PC platform, so nobody can collect royalties for games released on the platform, hence the games are a bit cheaper.
So when buying a PC game at console cost, you are basically paying a fee you don't have to, and you get nothing in return for it (on the Console, atleast it ment you got the machine cheaper, but i doubt Activision helped you pay for your gaming rig..), and the publisher just pockets the dough, it's just greed really, and people usually aren't enthusiastic about parting with their money to satiesfy others greed..

Judging from the predecessor and the videos, the game will basically be an action movie. With all the good and all the bad implications this brings.
Sure, you'll get action with movie-like orchestration. Yet it's always going to play out identically, and will barely take 3 hours to finish. When I can just spend those three hours watching someone else's playthrough, effectively saving me 60 Euros (yay premium pricing!) and getting practically the same experience, there's just no excitement left for this game.

Well speak for yourself: Yesterday I had a blast with three buddies playing good old CoD (part I !) on laptops. For me it's perfect: Everyone gets into it really fast even if they play games like once every few weeks or months. I thought "This with updated graphics and new levels would still be win!".
They should bring back old style health system, though.

Yup the tracker is supposed to be a heart beat sensor, its in the single player campaign for sneaky sneaky missions.
As for the aliens, sure I read that instead of Nazi Zombie coop theyre having coop against aliens, doubt it'll be the ALIENS, would be cool though.
