Missing Hud Items Panther

Hi there i wonder if anyone could help me, I have copied Ro Panther Tank and all needed files,To my panther package,tank works great in ro editor and testing the rom, but the panthershell,panthershellreload,and ammo type and capacity is missing,in the turret position, i have checked the texture file interface tex, and the hud textures are there,but still will not display.

Basically no icons for above items in turret position

Please guys im goin nuts here,im a noob coder and have no idea how to restore this,any help i would apreciate.. THANKS
