Minor bug with SVT and PPSH Reload

I'm not sure if this has been noted before but whenever I spawn with the PPSH or SVT and hit the Reload button, it will load a new magazine instead of actually doing a Brass Check.

After this they will both automatically do a Brass Check. It's not a big problem, just something I happened to notice. These are the only weapons that have this bug, so I assume it's a just a problem with the coding.

thats normal, because there is already 1 bullet in the chamber. you should be able to fire 11 rounds then

edit: althought i'm not sure why this doesn't work with pistols

Not sure if that's the reason. I'll check tomorrow if the SVT will fire 11 shots instead of 10.

It shouldn't work with the PPSH though, since that's an open bolt and doesn't pre-chamber a round.
