I've finally third unlock for the MG-34, and I think there are a few bugs with it. 1. The belt has a lighting bug, where when standing in a shadow it is just as bright as in direct sunlight. 2. The second belt loaded (even if unused) will always be "under half full" and not last as long as the first. (ie. you can burn through the belt you've spawned with, and reload, and the belt you load is "under half full" and will not last as long.) 3. There is a delay between the movements of the hands and the belt during reload, your hands will move an invisible belt to the breach, then the visible belt will float along the same path a tiny bit later.
