I'd rather have separate friends lists for my programs. I don't want all of my programs linked together, and linked to facebook and other junk.

We are not talking about general programs here, we are talking about games. The people at least I have in my friend list is people I enjoy playing with, so if they play another game I don't mind playing with them there. Not sure what you do with your friend list.

In that case Origin is similar to Steam. It has a friend list to. Though I don't think the "right click join game" works yet. The issue is most of the games are not built around it yet and are based on in game friend systems. NFS 2010 is an example. BF3 also uses Browserlog for whatever reason.

Like I expected, Medal of Duty: Battlefield Warfare. But the graphics are awesome, so it'll at least be a great-looking cod clone. MP could still be interesting though if it's really slow-paced & 1-shot-kills.

The usual modern warfare humdrumness of this game is made much worse by the fact that it looks very similar to BF3 because it shares the Frostbite engine. I really don't see why EA thinks that it needs two flagship modern shooter franchises ... ESPECIALLY when the first one didn't exactly get critical acclaim ...

Sense this makes none.

The last game was leans and bounds better than CoD, though that is not saying much.

The graphics look nice, and if this has an SP that is 8 hours I would be looking forward to it when it hits the bargain bin. If the MP is like BF3 hardcore I might consider buying it when it hits $15 or so.

anyway, game looks good. Glad to see there doing there own MP this time around. I really enjoyed the single player of the last one. MP was..eh.


Glad there rebooting the game, not the biggest fan of it being modern but there games are still fun. Vietnam MOH would be pretty awesome.

I didn't think so ... I found the campaign so painful that I coudln't even bear to finish it. Perhaps it was a little closer to reality, but I found it boooooring beyond belief.

I want to say its because, technically, they were. Not the first shooter, no, not the first arcade shooter, but they were the first to bring together a lot of innovative elements in one game back with CoD1. Pity they havent really innovated since then.

A bunch of the guys who left Infinity Ward who worked on MOH, COD1, 2 and COD4 started a new independent development studio
