Matches just keep searching

I’ve tried restarting my ps4 and uninstalling and installing again. I can’t get into public matches or create a match. It just keeps searching for online game please wait. I didn’t know if the servers are down or what is going on?

I tried getting on after work and now it doesn’t log in at all. Just keeps loading on “logging in”

Try fully powering off your PlayStation and then starting it back up again. That may help with what you are experiencing.

I didn’t end up having to do this as both issues were resolved today. Which is great except all my purchases and XP are gone.

Your XP is in your local save game, your purchases are in the backend and if you do not see them, it is likely you are not able to connect through for some reason.
