I hate to post this here, but I've personally only seen it on this map (although I would bet its something else not really map related... sorry Danh)
Again, firing at immobile targets, empty all five shots at a player easy chest hits at no more than 50 meters usually much less. Absolutely zero result. Happened 3 times in the less than 10 minutes I was playing on this map on the server.
I should note that on all occasions the enemy player was standing next to an object or tree with a minimum of 75% exposed from my position.

I believe the problem is the map is not close to origin in the world thus the the issue. I had the same problem long time ago with my map. The tell tale sign is when you zoom in with your rifle you get a jerk effect. anyways hope this helps.

Some great news for people who are missing some features from the original Winterwald. I am a lot better at optimizations now so I brought back more destructible trees as well as more grass to hide in!
The destructible trees are still in strategic locations that can alter the battlefield tactically.
