-align some floating barbed wire and hedghogs in front of the first object to the ground
- more cover between objective ,B, and ,C;D,
- more cover in front of the first objective

:confused:

This one seems to bring ROGame.exe to it's knees. Either online or offline.
Perhaps it's just my client stuff. Anyone else getting B7 to run ok?

:confused: Anybody? Not seeing it running anywhere yet. Tried it on two servers and it crashed ROGame.exe pronto. I tried to run it off-line from my platform. Same scenario. Sometimes it's difficult to tell whether I'm having a client issue on my box, or it's actually the map. I just need to know if anyone has gotten it off the ground.

i played it 2 days ago on the [40-1] with 64 players
RGN also run this on there server

check which version u use , don't use the SteamWorkshop client files ,use them from the forum ....

It's been up and running on the CLOWNS HEROES SERVER since release and so is most Custom Maps upon release.

Filling the server on the other hand another story.

All maps work fine and are on quick re-direct. As stated don't use Workshop. I never have and all the latest working customs all run fine on our server. Just be sure to remove all the files in your Cache and the lines within your Cache.ini. All should be good.

You may try this. Delete steam workshop files, located in my case in
C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\Published\CookedPC. Both from international and maps folder. Unsubscribe in workshop.

:) Yeah. I've been working along these lines. I've been suspecting a problem on my platform, but I cant shake the crash. I'm going to put it back in rotation on at least one server. The thing that worries me though is that all the folks that subscribe to STEAM WORKSHOP files are going to struggle as well. They may not know of the need to unsubscribe. And more disturbing is the fact that I've found our No1. server locked up on this map twice. I'm getting a little gun-shy.

Just to let folks know...

I DID get this map running on the No2 server, and the pubbies are playing
it right this moment. So I'll make it active on all platforms. Whatever
is causing my issue apparently has nothing to do with the map.

Update to B8

changelog:

-added CD-mode
-added more coverand vegetation in the open area (between the 1st german spawn and the village outskirts)
-moved the 2nd russian spawn 30 m forward to the 1 objective

The only big problem I see so far with this map is the advancing minefields that appear when an objective is captured. Now I have no problems with the concept of them, but they should not appear in a newly captured objective. It generally forces the Russian players to run like mad back to their own lines and get shot in the back in the process.

Any way to move them, turn them off, just put them around the new German spawns and make them smaller? Just wondering.

- allies ve 75 more tickets for 64 players 50 more for 32 /50 more for 16 player server
-added more artillery and mortar strikes for both teams
-fixxes some terrain issues in the trench area

played some extensive rounds on the russian server. What a awesome map.

Had all you want from a stalingrad map....lots of debris, sewer system, housefighting...so nice....PLEASE make more of THIS instead of old ro maps to port ;)
