Map Suggestion: Mamayev Kurgan

A 'Heroes of Stalingrad' game would not be complete without a massive, scale representation of the Mamayev Kurgan. Lots of mortar action, grenades, screaming Katyusha rockets flying overhead, artillery and field guns, craters and debris... He who commanded the hill in essence commanded the city. This was a heavily contested area for obvious reasons and control of the hill shifted back and forth many times.

It would be very cool to have this as the flagship map for HoS.

There are so many important battles and so far, little is known about the RO:HOS maps. (For myself, I just hope the bulk are not close quarters...)

For example, some existing Stalingrad maps in RO:OST

Some maps may be mispositioned or missing here and perhaps dates can also be added ...

this sounds like a good place for a battle in the game. sounds like their would be very fierce fighting more than msot parts of the city.
