Rerpoducabilty: Random but not infrequently, if occurs once in session will continue till game exited

Description: when round ends there is a constant clicking sound like when button is pressed (~1nce per second). click to open map overlays mapvote screen. if pressed or esc used you go to default menu but when select map voting it will be back. you can still select maps and vote (assuming you know them from just the first few letters) so more annoyance than anything.

How: random?

Occurs when the side you are playing as has run out of reinforcements.

Does anybody have even a partial reproduction for this that will cause it to happen sometimes?

Play through a regular TE match, your side runs out of reinforcments, the game ends (all caps / last guy dies / time up) and during the map vote and AfterAction report, the clicking occurs and some UI elements are over-layed on eachother.

This exactly. Running out of reinforcements and being dead also causes the scoreboard to disappear quickly after you press tab and it also causes the clicking at the end of the round and as you load the next map.
