Well ive seen many people flounder around on Manor looking for a truly good spot to defend from, and yesterday, it hit me. underneath the stairs inside the manor.



seen here is a pro diagram made in 30 seconds in paint, by me the lazy bastad.

ok so we start off with positioning and legend, the black dots are all zerkers with chainsaws or katanas, the red dots are variables, the other one is the medic. note that there is a chair like object in that closet, so the further back red dot is IDEAL for a pyro. the more forward could be support or commando, anything with some range firepower, although i would advise support. the first two black dots have to be behind the doorway, this is so that whenever any zed comes in, he has already targeted the people in the back of the room ( another reason why the furthest back one should be a pyro, all the FP's target him) that zed then walks by 3 katanas slicing and dicing him. if you have any worries about this, yesterday on hard mode a FP lasted less then 6 seconds in the room with 3 katanas and a pyro on him (enough time to swing once and hurt one of the guys with katanas). please note that the door outside the room is shown in all 3 of its possitions, the nice thing about this door is that its a zed limiter, if its opened towards the large room, the zeds come through ALOT slower, if it is opened towards the hall, they come in much faster, on hard we had no trouble with them comin in faster, but with less then 6 peeps, or on suicidal, try with less first. Everyone on the front lines in the semi circle of death has to be crouched, this is so that the medic can swing his katan over them, and so that its easier to see who needs heals, plus the pyro can shoot over everyone from his raised position on the corner chair. one last note is that you must make sure everyone knows NOT to move, this closet can become your worst death trap if people start moving around and causing disruptions, the medic has to be on top of his job and healing everyone.


PATRIARCH! there are two styles in this room for the patriarch.
Note set the zed limited to less for the patty, that way any missles he tries to fire from an angle that would actually get into the room will be stopped!

1: the exact same thing, he will come in, and you will hurt him enough to send him off to heal in under 10 seconds, the medic then bandages the one guy who was hurt, and voila you do that 3 times.

2:a$$ rape method here, you let him in the room then surround him and go psycho mother$%%^ on his ***. note you should let him in actually so all 6 of you can get around him and go katana on him. this is the style we took yesterday except we did it poorly and pinned him to the wall so only 3 people could attack at once, either way 3 of us died and the patty died without getting a heal in...
