I think it would be fun to create your own avarar. Color of your eyes, color of your hair, age and something little like that. Nothing critical tho because there are people who will make their figure look like freak.

"New" game modes for this game. "Death match, Search and Destroy [ Familiar from CoD4 ], Team deathmatch and maybe even Squad deathmatch. Familiar from Battlefield bad company 2. With these game modes new player could learn the maps and the functions of the game.
Also it would be fun to play S&D in realistic game mode. S&D is most commonly used game mode in FPS Competite games aka clan wars.

Talking with your mate without pressing enything. This is familiar from Bad company 2 also. When you have mates around you and you kill a enemy, you will shout something like "enemy down" etc. Your mates hear you in english but enemys in german (If their russians). So if you hear russian voice, you'll know enemy is near. This would get the map "alive". Also i think this would be a bad idea if you are trying to sneak somewhere.. What you guys think?

Leaderboards
Also familiar from Battlefield series. Could be fun to see how many kills and deaths i got. Also with what guns etc.

Tell me what you think. Also tell why. It's boring to see comments like "Not gonna happen", "No" etc.

The new countdown game mode seems a lot like a game mode relatively close to search and destroy. A bit like a search and destroy campaign. It's different but probably to the liking of the big S&D community.

The Fire fight game type is team death match so that is in as well.

And finally you have the regular RO territory game type.

--------

So I think that game type wise there should be enough variation.
I just hope that the game type scan be played in a stopwatch mode.

Where team A attacks first and team B defends and the time is measured how long it takes team A to succeed.
Then the teams swap side so team B attacks, and in order to win they must beat team A's time.

hi and pls no shout outs in game
in Bad company 2 they throw nade on street and you hear enemy screaming and you know where they are.
In reality if i see nade and hide behind wall i will not shout out nade !! for enemy to know my location.

And no Kills/Death ratios please.
It's so much better when people are not counting their kills and deaths and actually do the objectives.
It's so great that taking an objective gives you much more points than killing enemies.
Don't ruin this please.

i do hope that deaths get accounted for in the score system and ranking system in some way though. Based on per class. So at least the people that care for a top score will take less super big risks and care a bit more for staying alive. (although smgs should have a weaker dependence than snipers).

On the subject of customizable avatars, I'm against it. As it's a game that strives for realism, each soldier should be randomly generated at each spawn. You're not playing one guy getting ressurected over and over again, you're playing as a series of grunts.

I'm aware that the Heros system will make your character look more grizzled and whatnot. But I still hope that you're a randomly generated grizzled warrior, and not the same guy again and again.
