actually the japanese MG is a great gun. I have the lvl 50 type 96. but, yeah, even with the scope it pails in comparison to all the sheer firepower the Americans have. it almost feels like sometimes, and oftentimes, the US side wins just by sheer full-auto zurg rish

Just wondering can't they add to all mgs to go into iron sight
Like in this image, maybe add a penalty like high recoil and it consumes your stamina, so that it would make the mg very hard to use in this way, Armed assault implements this very good in theyr mod Iron Front 44. If anyone played it there are some very good ideeas we can inspire ourselves from. Or the battlefield 2 mod Forgotten hope 2.

that's re-enactor probably firing blanks that image is WAAAY to clear for old cameras, especialy the kind to be carried in combat. Notice how there is little to know film grain? thats because it's an image from a CCD from a digital camera turned to black and white, rather than a real film black and white image. Even My 1980's Cannon A-1 camera coild not do that. shooting an MG-42 from the shoulder at range would be almost impossible unless you had a nice wall to sit against

It can be done, not gonna debate on the camera part. It wouldn't be accurate, but you can fire an MG42 from the ironsights like this. Obviously would have to incorporate stamina penalties and such.

Just wouldn't be able to hit anything you wanted after the first shot.
i like the idea the type 96 should be able to use iron sights while standing and the type 99 gets the 2.5 scope but still needs to be braced so theres a reason to pick one of them it wouldn't hurt the overall gameplay if the japs got a weapon to help compete with the bar
as for the other mgs getting iron sights they shouldn't get them because of balance is it possible to shoulder fire them probably but do we really want some one to be able to carry around the mg42 and use it like a super assault trooper its already godly enough don't give a shark an uzi

My ideea is to make the game realistic the iron sights for different weapons would make them so. By making the game have this features would be more interesting. On many ocasions while using the MG 34 I stumbled across a bug that put the weapon in Iron sight. So this can be done to all weapons but the problem was it had the same recoil as in bypod position. So almost no recoil. So maybe if they modify the recoil and put something like that, maybe it would make the best out of it.

i dont understand why people love of make murica so overpowered and try to
emphasize some kind of "ramboing" could not use on japs' mgs while that is what the

Look. The Browning Automatic Rifle was made to be fired from the shoulder or from rest. It has a foregrip.
The Japanese Type 96 and Type 99 machineguns were not. They do not have foregrips.

It must be an awesome weapon, because there's easily a half a dozen rifles laying around that are not nearly as scarey.
