Make the defenders spawn 20 seconds before and at the every site of the objective they have to defend the first time they spawn. Additionally it might be good to make the attackers have to wait 30s after capping something before they can go forward - only where its not possible to recap ofc.
this would robustly encourage teamwork and create a situation to the battle.

There were a few custom maps in RO:OST that had this sort of thing on the first objective. If balanced right they were a lot of fun to play... if not, a nightmare.

If they spawn closer indefinitely then it's too difficult for the attackers. Do what DH does and have "approach" caps that the defense isn't really supposed to defend but it allows them to spawn pretty much on top of their actual first objective.

That works on hill/108, on the other maps the defender try and do succeed in defending those objectives often

If you have a really ballsy team yes, sometimes you see the Germans rushing to the Juno Beach pillboxes or the berms overlooking the Company fields on Raids... but 90% of the time it works and the handful of sillies who rushed get overwhelmed by numbers and destroyed.
