A great idea this and nice to see you TW guys support it.
Is there a small chance that the winners could be considered for inclusion in an official mappack for release via steam?

I dunno whether the winners will be made into a Steam map pack, but we will certainly be aiming to emulate the success of the Summer Offensive competition and put the best entires into a map pack, whether it is Steam downloaded or via website will remain to be seenButchCassidy said:

Not sure if a map of the final picture would constitute an 'urban' setting - ex-urban more like.
As far as I know, there's only one building in modern-day Volgograd left over from the battle of Stalingrad and that looks like a big, red-brick Swiss cheese.
Another possibility is to do Univermag in Stalingrad but do it better than the CoD2 version.
