Love the change to the Launchers on the M16 and medic grenade launcher, but it can leave you unsure if it has ammo in the launcher.
Right now the only ways to check if the launcher on the M16 is loaded is to shot a grenade (which could waste a grenade) or to switch weapons and look at the counter on the HUD at the top of the screen. The medic rifle at least has the bars on the sight to let you know.
If you can add something on the normal grenade ammo counter to show if its loaded or not.
Something like 1/9 for when the launcher is loaded and you have 9 spare grenades,
and 0/9 when you fire and not yet loaded the launcher.
A side note using the reload button without a grenade in the gun just dose the inspection animation instead of reloading the grenade.
