All these are very good questions, and I hope I can adequately answer them in time.
For now I don't think I can as it hasn't all been made/decided yet, but I thank you for your feedback on what we've got so far.
We will try to balance things, for now I can adjust the original post with this:
The Minigun will have 1 magazine of 1000 rounds. It will fire at maybe 1/3rd the speed of the real (max) speed of the M134, but in many ways be more like the M234. The firing rate is currently set to 0.03 (33 rounds/sec), the damage range is at 5-15 (Bullpup has in comparison ~15-25) and it is now weighing 15, which means most classes won't be able to pick it up, as they have a total capacity of 15 - 1 (14 available)
I've run into some minor issue with the sticky effect on the dynamite, so the first version will most likely not be sticky. (And rather drop to the ground). But it will cost alot (TBA) and have 1 ammo default, with a demo perk modifier at 0.75 each level. This means level 6 demo can at most buy 5 of these. (1 + ammo purchases)
The dragunov is very much TBA, i've yet to start work on the code for this gun
