PC LS0013 error when launching the game

Summary: Unable to launch the game, permanent error LS-0013 and crash


Description:
I purchased and downloaded ManEater from the Epic Game Store. Once the download was complete, I launched the game, and only got a gray screen with an LS-0013 error. I followed the instructions of Epic game regarding this error and checked the game files. The problem persists. I then looked at the Man Eater intelligence base, and fixed the indicated VBs. I restarted after each manipulation. I tried the different launch modes (administrator, compatibility), but I still get the same error LS-0013. I really need help, I pre-ordered the game, and I can't play it at all.
