Why aren't the purchasing options for Rising Storm on the main menu page in Game if you own ROHOS, but not RS?
I mean, if you can put the ladder message in the corner (which I and most other people care nothing about), why not something for people without RS?

Well, I can see this being a purchase even if you don't own it because you might have bought it with the intention of gifting it.
Be nice if a message popped up for DLC and Add-ons if you don't own the main game/expansion noting that very fact.

Being one of the newbies to RO2 (simply due to the free trial weekend offered by Steam at end of September) i fell victim to installing the beta before getting gaming. A simple process of elimination cured the empty server issue although sometimes the server browser in MP does not load any servers... which is another story.
It is good to see TWI have at least taken some of the issues highlighted by OP into consideration but are still being a bit slow to catch on what is causing the issues. ie: check out the "just updated" section here http://store.steampowered.com/app/35450/
Which indicates RS is part of or an add on for RO2.
Yet looking here http://store.steampowered.com/app/234510/ indicates RS is its own stand alone game.
Surely RS and RO2 sharing the same MP.exe is the problem of people being confused!?
Surely not marking RS as a mod or expansion pack for RO2 is adding to the same issue!?
Been playing new maps and new game mode "search and destroy" tonight on the Crucible server which was fun but would like to add or ask; "when will achievements be fixed for RO2/RS Campaign mode?" Some threads are older than three years regarding this yet devs keep adding expansion packs/mods/game modes and maps etc overlooking some things that annoy a lot of players who would appreciate the achievements to be working/achievable.

Typical example of people gaming for all the wrong reasons, they play team based game where only good team work will bring you to victory (if one cares about winning) yet he plays only to rank up....?????

but TWI updates to Steam pages have not really helped with clearing up all the points that Moskeeto highlights regarding many new users feeling let down and confused by the whole set up.
If anything increasing the price of RS and giving it's own Steam page may indicate it is entirely a separate game; which is not in the slightest bit true - very misleading.
Seems like the devs have been to busy working on new game modes (search and destroy); adding vehicles and even more maps.
Any structure with poor foundations will not bear the ravages of time....
I would prefer it if they (TWI) or somebody fixed the packaging and marketing as well as poor graphics performance and the achievements before trying to expand or refresh the content.
