If your going to start anything at all, you need
1. A place to meetup, having no website means a early finish to your clan. Even if it's a free website, I guess it works.
2. A clan name, how could you even mention starting a clan without a name?
3. Clan objectives? Goals? How is your clan? Is it mature? Is it a kiddy clan?
4. What type of members do you want?

Also..... what country are you hoping to have this clan located in?
