Listen Server question

I have opened ports in my firewall

7707 UDP/IP (Game Port)
7708 UDP/IP (Query Port)
7717 UDP/IP (GameSpy Query Port)
28852 TCP/IP and UDP (Allows your Server to Connect to the Master Server Browser)
8075 TCP/IP (Port set via ListenPort that your WebAdmin will run on)
20560 UDP/IP (Steam Port)

What else i have to do to get Listen Server working?

I can only play in Listen server on my own, but my friends cannot join.

Is there a Listen server tutorial somewhere?

I need to make a Listen server for achievemnt "Dignity for dead" which i read that is bugged on dedicated server. My firewall is off, i create Listen from Host but my friends can't see the server -> "Server not responding"

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, can you help me? Or try to fix that achievemnt?

These are exactly the ports that i have forwarded for my listen server and it works absolutely fine.

What router are you using?
Does your PC have a static LAN IP?
Did you forward the ports to the LAN IP of your PC?

I think its static IP, but ill check.

Ill try things, and ill tell what i did when ever i get it work.

Im pretty noobie with these things, just got new wired broadband.

No. My IP is not static.

My IP is not same all time.

Is Listen Server playable, if do "some things" to fix something?

If your ports are properly forwarded to the host machine then it's most likely a software firewall.
