Listen a server: Buddies can't connect

I have the following problem, everytime a friend want's to connect to my listened server, he get's the message "Server is not responding".
I really don't know why, some time ago everthing's worked fine. I opened the ports and yes, i opned the right ports. I can give myself admin rights, everthing's works fine, but nobody can connect.
Does anyone know why?

Go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and give your IP to your friends and have them join your server directly, via IP (in the in-game server browser right-click and then join via IP).

If that works steam is acting up and you probably messed up something with its ports. If it doesn't work, the game's port is acting up and you need to recheck that. If you have a program like ZoneAlarm running, make sure it allows you to play and if you're not sure, maybe turn it off and see if it works then.

You should also read some of the stickied threads, it could be a problem with your router =)

I have had this problem, too. I and 4 of my friends could join just fine, but the last one couldn't for some bizarre reason. Not sure if he got any error message, but he couldn't join.
