lighting needs to be restored

earlier in a server at the top left of my screen i kept seeing "lighting needs to be restored"

just wondering if its a known issue?

Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago, I verified the integrity of the game's cache and it was gone.

Would it happen to be Red October Factory ?

I did see this on Red Oktober a few days ago.
But only one game.

Yes a known glitch on RO factory and it seems to not affect gameplay. I think it relates to some issues when creating the map using the SDK nothing else.

It happens when someone blows up the ammo car near the Signal Tower.

it was on ummm.. lol i dont know map names.

umm it has tanks, and a tram on its side, and lots of rubble.. lol narrows it down alot
