It's no secret that ManEater is Tripwire's most talked about game ever (and it hasnt even released!). Knowing this, there will likely be demand for a second game. This being said, I have a couple ideas for a sequel, if you'd please...

My first idea: "ManEater 2: Revenge Reef"
*You play as a Mako shark since Mako are endangered in real life now
* The game takes place in the China sea, you want to stop Chinese fishermen from making Shark Fin soup
*There are 2 antagonists:
-The original Player Shark from the first game is now the main antagonist, she is OP so if you go headon before endgame, you get killed. She is still slightly stronger than you at your peak so there's still challenge
-The 2nd antagonist is a Chinese fishermen who has high-tech gadgets to hunt down sharks
- The bosses in the game are essentially the bodyguards of the player shark. Each boss has one of the adaptations/evolutions you had in the first game making the elements familiar but since they are different animals or shark species, those abilities make their attacks different

My 2nd idea: "ManEater 2: The Thresher's Treasure"
* The game basically takes off where the 1st game left off but since the military are after you, the player shark dies at the end of the beginning tutorial via a new enemy - Naval Submarines
*You then get pulled into controlling a baby Tiger Shark or Oceanic Whitetail near a fictional Australia by the EAC who grows over the course of the game
*There are 3 main antagonists:
-A mutated Thresher Shark who essentially uses his/her tail as a sword, along with their venomous teeth
-A mutated Carpenter Shark who uses it's saw-snout to fight the new player shark
-A general of a Naval Submarine (paying homage to Captain Nemo). Will attack throughout the game with smaller submersible vehicles, endgame will have players fighting a full scale submarine

Platforms for the sequel: PS5/Xbox Series X, PC and next-gen Nintendo console

Hope you enjoyed reading my ideas!

Actually, it is too early. Let's enjoy the first Maneater now and ponder these later XD
Not for the devs though, typically they start brainstorming concepts right after the first game ships out, even if they are planning updates and dlc hehe

Hope not.... First they should remaster a real masterwork red orchestra ostfront!!
Nah, too many of both military fps ajd remasters over flooding the market today, especially with that theme. Sometimes we should let things be remembered best how they were and move on.

Plus, ManEater is actually unique and original. There isn't anything like it and like Tripwire said in a recent interview, making ManEater is refreshing and a good break from multiplayer stuff.
