Lag Issues?

I have been having some bad lag issues lately, but only in specific cases. For some reason, it takes about a second (doesn't sound like much) for a specemin to actually go down and die. Its extremely annoying and it happens on every server no matter my ping (I had 12 ping and it still happened.)

I've tried defrag and verifying, to no avail.

I really wanna make sure my KF is good and ready for [heavyvoice]NUUUUU WEAPOOOONS[/heavyvoice]

Any advice?

you could just get used to the lag, i'm on dialup and i can play kf pretty good, just gotta aim where stuff will be instead of where it is, to compensate for the slow connection.

I solute you Dialup Xan Kriger, we brits take broadband for granted ^_^

If its stuttering and if you have a ATI Catalyst card i had the same problem, just up
the quality a little and it stops.
