No i'm fine with scars. I just don't even see them. People tell me their there, but I've stared at their crotches for hours and don't see them.

However, on one of the maps there needs to be jars full of the removed genitalia, otherwise it doesn't make sense and I will need a refund.

I want the cut off genitals to be in jars on the lab map to explain why they are missing.
You should see them floating in green jars. This is important for intuitive story telling through visuals.
Like this, but genitals:

A real mad scientist would not simply throw them away.

And also for the scars to be more noticeable.
