Killing floor wont start

I have bought Killing Floor thorough steam about 1 week ago but i have had a problem. Every time I open Killing Floor it comes up with a message and I dont understand it.

This is what the message says:
Build UT2004_Build_[2004-11-11_10.48]

OS: Windows NT 6.1 (Build: 7600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2295 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: No Video

Can't find 'ini:Engine.Engine.GameEngine' in configuration file

Your ini file is corrupt. Browse to your Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\system folder and delete the killingfloor.ini file, or killingfloor with a cog on the icon. If you can't see this file then delete the whole system folder, and then verify your game cache in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
