Mac Killing floor Will not start on Mac 10.6.7

ti just got the game today and it worked perfectly but when i got turned it off and got back on a few hours later, it tells me it has to verify/validate (it says both) and i try to and it works until it gets to about 80%. Then it says that "the server is too busy" and after i press ok it says that it finished validating it. I tried to delete Killing Floor and re-install but it hasn't helped.

I don't know what's happening, but the game still isn't working for me. It starts up just fine, After all of the issues that everyone else has had I still can't play because I can't connect to any server at all. It sits on the loading map screen and always loads up index.rom.I've deleted the system folder in killing floor, I've reinstalled killing floor numerous times, I've reinstalled steam twice now and I still can't connect to anything ONLY on killing floor. Another computer in the house connects just fine without any problems, so it isn't the firewall, it's only this computer. Why is this happening, and how ca I FINALLY get it fixed?

My mac runs 10.6.4
I have a similar problem. On Steam whenever I press "Play" it starts up and shows the "Preparing to launch Killing Floor..." screen. Immediately crashes. It runs perfectly well when I open the Killing Floor.app outside of Steam. Is this a problem with Steam of Killing Floor???

I also crash whenever attempting to load KF, using 10.6.7. I tried deleting the game files through Steam and reinstalling it but when I try to reinstall it it gives me an error about the Steam servers being too busy to handle my request.

This is due to the Steam servers being overloaded right now. If you keep trying it should resolve itself. If it does not, please contact Steam Support.

The game is having trouble opening the resolution 1440x900 in full screen. Try manually changing that in the killingfloor.ini or setting it to windowed mode instead of full screen.

So, I reinstalled Killing Floor but my game still crashes.
Any idea guys

Can you post your log please after you crash.
