Mac Killing floor Will not start on Mac 10.6.7

Killing floor will not get start. As soon as I click it in Steam it will not open. It crashes.

Help I need to kill some specimens.

Processor 3.06 Intel Core i3
ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics card if these specs help

since today's update, i've encountered the same problem- when i try to start the game up, i am shown the splash page and then it quits

i have tried verifying the game cache, with no luck

i am also on mac 10.6.7

I am experiencing the same problem. The game simply refuses to boot, but it was working fine yesterday, so I believe the latest update may be the source of the problem.

I also have this issue, though I did get KF to run when the update was first installed. Since quitting Steam and subsequently trying to resume playing it gets to the Killing Floor title popup that shows during pre-load, but crashes shortly thereafter.

Won't launch for me, either. I bought it yesterday have played once for 14 minutes. Tried deleting .ini files and verifying cache -- no help. Re-downloading now. If this doesn't work, where do I ask for my money back?

it looks like they just forgot to update for mac because i have already tried reinstalling twice now, just wanted to say im running 10.5.8 and it also doesnt work for me.

I also got this problem. I've deleted the killingfloor.ini files, reinstalled the game , verified, etc. must be a problem with the update? I hope I didn't mess up my perks by deleting all that stuff. this is breaking my heart!

This happens to me too. I'm running 10.5.8. I played it just a few days ago, too, then all the sudden when I try to launch it from steam, the Killing Floor picture will show up, and then nothing will happen.

Help please, this problem isn't fixed for me. The usual pre-launch then crashing afterwards still happens.

Can you change content servers and verify your cache? What had happened for the other users was a bad binary file. Could you also post your log.
