I keep getting this message and I already have deleted and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Can someone help me?

called killingfloor.ini
C\Programfiles\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System

(if you dont know how to do the point above. do this anyways)
and then verify your game
